The pump model of softy ice cream machine - SOFT 103 can be quickly installed and operated by feeding product mix into the tank. As this a pump model, the tank is located at the bottom of the machine and connected to the freezing cylinders at the top. The product mix is transferred from the tank (8+8 liters) into cylinders (1.2+1.2 liters) by tubes.
